I absolutely love this place! I started going to the dance class here few months ago and it became my favorite thing to do every week👌
Chip (our dance teacher) is very professional, fun and caring. She makes this place feel like a safe space where you can freely express yourself not just through dance but also by being you as a person.
There is so many, fun dance routines that everyone will find something for themselves.
The atmosphere here is very positive and non judgemental. There is time to dance but there is also time to chat and get to know each other.
For me personally, it's not just a dance studio but also a community of women who support and care for one another. In my eyes, that's exactly what makes this place so special and distinguish it from any other dance studios in Stavanger!!! I highly recommend it to anyone👍👍👍

Love dancing with Chip and the wonderfully energetic and fun women on Monday's Zing class!
I first joined several of Chip's classes when she was teaching in Mariero, but lost track of her. And suddenly I heard through some friends that she had opened a studio in a brand new building right at the water's edge.
It's a rare occurrence to find such an amazing group to dance with! Often the highlight of my week❤️

Dance Studio Review: A Joyful Return to the Groove

As someone in my 50s who misses the disco days of my youth, finding this dance studio has felt like rediscovering a part of myself I hadn’t realized I’d lost. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and great music — and it instantly brought back memories of nights on the dance floor when the only thing that mattered was the beat.

Monday evenings have officially become my me time — the perfect way to kick off the week. No matter how busy life gets, that one hour is just for me, and I look forward to it every single time.

Chip, the instructor, is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely funny and warm. She has a gift for making everyone feel welcome, no matter their age or experience level. Her classes are full of positive energy, encouragement, and lots of laughter. You can tell she truly loves what she does — and it makes everyone want to keep coming back.

The group is such a great mix of people. There’s no competition, no pressure — just movement, music, and connection. We cheer each other on, celebrate the little wins, and most importantly, have fun. It feels like a little community, and I’m so happy to be part of it.

This is my kind of workout — joyful, energizing, and a little nostalgic in the best way. If you’re looking to reconnect with dancing and feel good in your body again, this class is a gift. Don’t think twice. Just show up and let the music do the rest.
