I rented my car from here a day after one of the bad reviews below, and it was the same car stated in that review (VW Alltrack). Was a bit concerned id face similar issues.

There are 2 staff members, gentleman seems like he’s having a bad day but the lady was wonderful and patient. Smooth process of onboarding and off boarding. Car was clean, GPS works well, Bluetooth to phone works well, and it was comfortable. Just that it’s diesel so a bit noisy, that’s all. Zero issues whatsoever with returning the car and I was done in under 3 minutes.

The Alltrack car was great, I had 4 people, 4 big luggage and 3 backpacks, and it was easy to fit all luggage in the boot and everything else comfortably in the backseat.

I rented the VW Alltrack and the tyres were well below the legal limit. There was also damage on the side of the vehicle that we had to point out and they had failed to record. They also scammed us on the mileage by taking down an incorrectly low odometer reading and then charging us over kr 500 extra for mileage we didn't do! If you use these make sure the odometer reading is correctly recorded.

Excelente rentadora de coche en Aurland. Muy cómoda si llegas en tren a Flam ya que queda muy cerca de la estación de tren. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Mención especial para la atención personalizada vía mail con María cómo para el joven que nos recibió en la oficina con todo coordinado y el coche en perfecto estado. Muchas Gracias, super recomendable y confiable.
