Our stay was absolutely amazing. The lodge is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need. Plans were flexible and adapted daily to the weather and guests’ preferences, with every detail handled smoothly, especially logistics. The crew is fantastic — always helpful and smiling — and our guides were very reliable and knowledgeable about the area, making each outing adventurous and safe. Food was also great, with something special each night.

A special mention to Artur, the owner, whose energy, stories, and passion made the experience truly unique.
Absolutely recommended — even though part of me wishes it could stay a secret!

We were a group of five and spent seven days at the end of April at the Lyngen Outdoor Center. Despite somewhat unstable weather, we were able to go ski touring every day and enjoyed beautiful snow conditions, with well-timed sunny intervals. We especially appreciated the style of the lodge, which offers all the essential services in an uncomplicated, relaxed manner, focused on skiing and great food, and driven by the mountaineering spirit of the staff. A special thanks to our guide, who skillfully led us beyond our comfort zones and took us to stunning, untouched slopes that consistently inspired us to climb for a second run. This was our first ski touring experience in Norway, and it left us with wonderful memories. Many thanks to Arthur and his team.

There are never any guaranties regarding the weather and snow conditions for a ski trip. However, what can be said about Arthur and the entire Lyngen Outdoor Center team is that they are the equivalent of a Bluebird Powder Day!!!! Great location, great food & lodging and very importantly great guiding and ski terrain. Arthur’s story telling abilities keep you engaged, and his knowledge of local history and geography are very appreciated. And yes… we had deep snow and blue skis for 4 of 6 days adding to the pleasure! Many thanks to Arthur and the crew, Hugues!

Lyngen Outdoor centre is the perfect place to enjoy skiing in the Lyngen Alps. The accommodation is very comfortable, the food is truly excellent, I definitely didn't lose any weight, the skiing was magical and the guide excellent. `the views from the dock are just simply wonderful. I don't have a negative comment based on our experience and if `I was ever in the Lyngen Alps again my wife and I would not go anywhere else, why would we, loved it, Jim and Hannah

The best lodge I’ve ever been to. Great personnel, food, and skiing. We had an amazing guide who knew the surroundings well and took great care of everyone. The lodge is located directly by the fjord, offering stunning views. The shuttle from Tromsø to the lodge is perfectly planned and also adaptable. I really want to come back.

Super expérience de ski de rando avec l'équipe de Lyngen Outdoor Center.
Nous y avons passé une semaine extraordinaire (20-27.04.25). Nous avons skié tous les jours dans de la neige fraîche et poudreuse, descendu des pentes de 1000m vierge de traces. Fabuleux.
Pawel, notre guide, nous a emmenés dans ces pentes avec toute sa bienveillance, sa gentillesse et son sourire. Nous étions tellement content des pentes sélectionnées que nous y sommes remontés à chaque fois qu'il nous le proposais.
Et l'équipe du lodge, que dire sinon qu'ils étaient aux petits soins avec nous. Nourriture excellente, copieuse, variée.
Lodge confortable, spacieux, tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer une semaine fabuleuse.
