I Have had coach Darren as my coach since November 2023 and during this time I’ve got invaluable help with my fitness journey as an crossfit athlete. With his help my weakest links has been improved in ways I never thought would be possible. I’ve increased my strength and lifting skills, in addition to serious improvement in conditioning and gymnastics skills. Darren is a coach with eyes for details and supports you and help you take the next step regardless of what level you’re on or whatever you struggle with. I’m so grateful for all the help I achieved both regarding my fitness but also mental strength. I can’t recommend these people enough and really look forward on continuing this collaboration

I have been training with coach Darren for the past year, one if the best coaches I have worked with so far! He gives me the right intensity, variety, and enough to help me grow based on the goals that we both agree on every 3 to 6 months. I started with Darren to recover from an injury, I couldn’t believe that an online trainer could help me do that! But hey, thanks to his programs and consistent feedback I am back to my normal routine 👌 so YES online training works when you choose the right people to work with 🤝😄 Darren also helped me understand nutrition and start hitting my macros for the day. Most importantly, finding someone that can help improve your mental health is gold and I found that with DM coaching “ body image, guilt eating, managing life while maintaining activity, post injury self talk, dealing with fear when hitting a glass sealing while maxing out , …. Etc” In short, you get the full package with DM coaching !

Since I am Marits athlete, my progress has exceeded my expectations. All the sessions are well structured and have a good flow and are the must i have ever had in training, since i started weightlifting. Communication is awesome and whenever i have a question or need an adjustment, we have a quick talk/chat and adapt. Video-analysis is on point and corrections to my technique are on point and never overwhelming. Most important for me, as an athelte, is Marits great empathie and her understanding of training needs in all the different situation that can occur. The call after a 4-week trainingblock is a good review, of what i have done and whats coming up for the next weeks. It gives me a good overview of my progress and the thoughts behind my plan. I enjoy every session und I am always excited for the next one :)

I have had Marit as my coach for 6 months and I am very satisfied. She has a lot of knowledge and gives good and understandable feedback, so my weightlifting has improved a lot over these months. Looking forward to continue the collaboration.
