Good hotel, convenient, clean, friendly. Make sure you know how the shuttle service works before booking, because calling them for info does not make you any wiser (automated hard to hear message)

Mind you, the shuttle S22 from the airport will set you back NOK 80 (€7) one way. You can pay on the bus (cards only). Pay attention to alight at the right hotel, as there is a Thon Hotel Gardermoen and a Thon Hotel Oslo Airport, which are different hotels, 10 mins walking distance from each other.

Resturanten va av særdeles dårlig kvalitet. Maten var klad, og servicen var svært dårlig. Servitør var sur og gav ingen god service. Når jeg påpekte at jeg hadde betalt for mye, kunne de ikke rette opp i feil. Elendig!

Superb experience, and incredibly good value for the price. When I booked my room, it was only half price of the offering at Radisson Blu or Red.

As some mentioned the fare for the shuttle bus is a bit high (80 kr one way operated by Vy), I think it’d be useful to mention that normal public transport (Ruter) also has buses that stop right outside the hotel (Gardermoen næringspark), and it also departs twice in an hour during day time. It is the only hotel in this area that is this close to the public bus stop.

If one arrives at the airport from Oslo S by local train (Vy), the ticket also can be used for the bus. With a single zone local transport ticket (costs only 44 kr) one can also travel to the nearest town Jessheim for the shopping center, restaurants, and bars, just 10 minutes away. I got a 24-hour ticket for 4 rides for only 132 kr. Adding that up, the value beats much pricier hotel options outside the airport in my opinion.

Room was very spacious and clean, got everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, even got a couch in the room. Note that amenities like toothbrush, comb or such are not included in standard offering, but not a big problem as the closest kiosk is just 3 minutes away.

Breakfast was standard Nordic style buffet, overall good quality, and the restaurant was spacious enough for big groups to sit together.

L'hotel vicino all'aeroporto e funzionale ad una clientela che soggiorna per una sera tra un volo ed un'altro o in attesa di un volo. L'ingresso è spartano per non dire spoglio ma la receptionist svolge in modo professionale il suo lavoro. |Le camere rispettono i buoni standard degli altri hotel della catena: ben arredate e pulite e dotate di macchinetta per fare il caffè o il tè. Spazioso e pulito il bagno con un piccolo courtesy set. |A piano terra è presente un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato. Il servizio è stato rapido e attento, i piatti buoni e ben presentati. |Nella stessa sala abbiamo fatto colazione. Varia l'offerta.|Non ci sono barriere architettoniche. |Comodo lo shuttle bus ( a pagamento ) che, facendo il giro di altri hotel della zona. Porta da/all'aeroporto.

Veldig stort konferenshotell. Rommene er rene og fine. Jeg var her i jobbsammenheng med konferense og festmiddag. Det var trivelig men med tanke på prisen syns jeg maten kunne vært mye bedre.

Rooms are good sized, good bed and bath.
Located not too far fra Oslo Airport with shuttle bus right outside the hotel. You can also take regular bus nearby to for example Jessheim.
Staff is really friendly.
Breakfast was really nice with a good selection.

In June, a few years ago I stayed here, the room I was given was freezzzxxxing cold. The AC was blocked so I could not increase the temperature. I had already arrived sick, and in that condition, the AC issue made everything much worse. I called reception, and they said someone would come to fix it, but after waiting for two hours no one showed up. I waited until 11 PM, completely uncomfortable.

I also missed breakfast, even though I paid a high price for the stay, because normally I had an early morning flight. When I arrived the previous evening around 8 PM or a half hour later, I also couldn’t have dinner—apparently arriving at that time is considered “too late.” It feels as if the hotel is set up so that guests miss meals. Overall, the conditions were inhumane. Another issue was that the receptionist never offered me a takeaway breakfast bag, which I later found out was available. Guests cannot know about this if the hotel does not inform them.

The staff at reception seemed young, distanced in their manner, and slightly dismissive—hardly a welcoming or kind service, important when traveling as a foreigner in another country.

Jag har bott på detta hotell en natt och jag är mycket nöjd med detta hotell. Mycket bra rum, mycket bra tjänst och mycket fin atmosfär. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag vill gärna besöka detta hotell igen och jag rekommenderar detta hotell till andra.
