I went on a 3-hour kayak experience and it was great! Our guide, Marco, was very knowledgeable about the area, friendly and calm. He explained all we needed to know in a clear way and led the excursion in a professional manner. We roamed around the bay, visiting the end of the fjord, a waterfall and enjoying the beautiful sights. We were lucky to have stunning weather.
Highly recommend it!

We did the Hardangerfjord 3 hour kayaking tour, and loved every minute. Jo was a fantastic guide and made sure we were having fun. He even offered to take videos and pictures of us and went out of his way to get great shots, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Erg leuk!

We hebben de dag ervoor geboekt en konden op zaterdag direct terecht. We werden erg leuk begeleid door de gids die duidelijk al jaren ervaring had met kayakken, we kregen een intro over de veiligheids aspecten en zijn daarna het Simadalsfjord op gegaan.
Onderweg kregen we hier en daar nog wat tips over het kayakken zelf en uitleg over het gebied. Erg leuk en interessant.
We hebben er erg van genoten.

We booked the 3 hour Kayak tour and had a wonderful time. Our guide Michael gave us great instructions, really interesting insights about the vicinity and adjusted the tour to our individual skill level. Couldn't have wished for a better Kayak tour in Norway. Highly recommend!

We‘ve done the 3-hours kayak-tour with Sander as our guide.
He did it perfect for us: First a short introduction in safety and handling issues, then we put on the sprayshirts and live wests and go on board.
The tour took us out of the harbour and on the right side following the coast line. Sander gives us many information about the fjord, history, people and paddling as well.
We had a great time! We have enough time for fotos and resting, if we Need.
The highlight were two seals that popped ca 15-20m in front of us out of the water and looking curious at us (like we to them). We took some time to observe them, before we find our way back to the harbour.
We can definitevly recommend this Tour and Best Adventures AS 🙂

We had a remarkable experience with Best Adventures. My son and I had a tough time in our double kayak due to a windy day and the difference in our weights. We split off from our group and pulled in. The proprietor, Michael, offered to take just the two of us out in single kayaks, since we had missed the group. He made sure we had a wonderful outing despite our rough start. He declined our offer to pay for the “VIP” experience, assuring us that his only concern was that we not miss the opportunity for a great afternoon on the water. While not every experience will follow this trajectory, I would say an operator like this deserves our business. I would absolutely come back. He encouraged us to call ahead next time to book a custom itinerary, which we will do.
